A01 LINE OUT OF SERVICE FROM 10/05/24

Due to the Olympic and Paralympic Games organized in Paris this summer, line A01, Aéroport Paris-Beauvais – Paris Porte Maillot will be temporarily unavailable.

Starting May 10, the activity will move to the Saint-Pierre bus station. Denis University (rue Toussaint Louverture 93200 Saint Denis (Access to metro 13).

Tickets purchased in advance for the first connection will remain valid at Saint Denis Université station under the following conditions:

-Departure from Saint Denis Université 3 hours before your plane takes off
– Departures from Beauvais, shuttles leave approximately 20 minutes after each person’s arrival. flight.

All tickets issued are valid until 09/30/2024

Tickets that have been purchased before 05/10/2024 for line A01 (Porte-Maillot) are valid for the new line A02 (Saint Denís Université). No changes are necessary.

A01 line offers a direct and non-stop connection from/to Paris Porte Maillot (near Champs Elysées), at very high frequency.

FREQUENCIES PER DAY : up to 100 services each way
TRIP DURATION : from 1h15, depending on road traffic conditions. From Paris Porte Maillot, priviledge an Aérobus shuttle scheduled at least 3h before the departure of your flight (+10/15 min boarding time)

The bus stop in Paris is located at Saint-Pierre bus station. Denis University (rue Toussaint Louverture 93200 Saint Denis , perfectly connected to public transport. Very close to the Metro line M13 and the TRAM T1.

A02 Line / BVA Airport – Paris Saint-Denis Université (SDU)

A02 line offers a direct and non stop connection from/to Paris Saint-Denis Université (North of Paris, Metro 13 and close to Stade de France), several times a day.

FREQUENCIES PER DAY: 10 services each way from 29 April. (From 10 May up to 80 round trips per day)
TRIP DURATION: from 1h15, depending on road traffic conditions. From Saint-Denis Université, priviledge an Aérobus shuttle scheduled at least 3h before the departure of your flight (+10/15 min boarding time)
TICKETS: mandatory online booking, reservation possible up to 2h before the departure of the Aerobus
Validity : only on the booked journey, on the chosen date

The annulment, cancellation or return of generated tickets is not allowed in any case.

Cancellation conditions (Optional)

Our company offers customers the optional opportunity to cancel tickets with a specified date of use within 2 days, upon the customer’s explicit request.

The ticket cancellation option is a private agreement between the client and the provider, allowing for the cancellation of a paid but unissued ticket. This option is offered as an additional service that can be voluntarily contracted. It is not travel insurance, nor does it cover loss or theft of luggage or any other type of insurance.

How does it work?

Customers who choose to purchase the cancellation option will receive an email after completing the purchase and payment process. The email will contain a link to the download page, where two buttons will be displayed:

– CANCEL: By clicking this link, customers can cancel the tickets and receive a 100% refund of the ticket amount.

– DOWNLOAD: Clicking this button allows customers to proceed with ticket issuance and download. Once this button is clicked, tickets cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

If the customer has not canceled the tickets within 2 days of the departure date indicated for use during the purchase process, the tickets are automatically generated and will be ready for download, without the possibility of subsequent cancellation, cancellation or return (the cancel button will no longer be available).

The refund amount is only for the price of the tickets. The fees for the so-called “CANCELLATION OPTION” and possible payment commissions are non-refundable.

For the purposes of cancellation insurance, return tickets are considered as a single ticket, and only one of the two journeys cannot be canceled. The maximum cancellation date for round trip tickets is considered on the most recent date of use. Complementary activity tickets will also be voided upon cancellation.

If the customer does not decide to contract the option called “CANCELLATION OPTION”, the customer will receive the tickets immediately (between 5 and 10 minutes after completing the purchase) without the possibility of cancellation, annulment or refund.

If, due to a technical problem or any other reason, the customer has not been able to receive the tickets in the indicated email correctly, they must quickly contact our Support Center to solve the incident as soon as possible. In no case should you make a new purchase, since the tickets cannot be annulled, canceled or refunded.

If you don´t have a booking code, click on I DON´T HAVE A BOOKING CODE and we re-send your booking confirmation email (Please, check your SPAM folder).

If you can’t download the tickets: Read our FAQ and remember that the tickets are generated between 5-10 minutes after the purchase confirmation or since their download has been requested for users with cancellation insurance. Wait a few minutes for the tickets to be generated and the link to appear on the download page:
