Bus Stops

Our bus from Beauvais Airport to Paris is a direct service between Beauvais Airport and the Port Maillot Congress Center in central Paris, with no additional stops. The journey time is 1:15 minutes*

Beauvais Airport Stop

The bus stop is located in the car park in front of Terminals 1 and 2, in the area reserved for official service buses, which make the only bus connection between Beauvais Airport and Paris.

The bus stop can be accessed directly from both terminals.

Paris (Port Maillot Congress Center)

There is only one stop in the center of Paris, located in the vicinity of the Porte of Maillot Congress Center, right in the car park located in Pershing. 1, boulevard Pershing – 75017 Paris.

The bus stop in Paris is perfectly communicated with public transport. It is very close very close to the RER C line and line 1 of the metro.

Bus departures from the airport to Paris

Bus departures from Paris (Porte Maillot) to airport

For Air Moldova flights, bus departures take place 4 hours before flight takeoff.

For flights of the Ryanair company, and of the rest of the companies except Air Moldava (Blue Air, Volotea, Hisky, Laudamotion, SkyUp and Wizz Air) the departures of the bus from Paris are 3 hours before the time of departure of the flight.

You must take the bus assigned to your flight, we recommend that you be at the stop 30 minutes before the departure of the bus associated with your flight.

General ticket information

The price of one-way tickets is €16.90 for adults (over 12 years of age) and €9.90 for children (from 3 years to 11 years of age).

The price of round-trip tickets is €29.90 for adults and €19.80 for children.

Babies under 3 years old do not need a ticket to travel.

There are two types of tickets:

  • One way ticket: single ticket for one use. It is used for any route (from the airport to Paris and vice versa)
  • Round Trip ticket: valid for two journeys. It is used to carry out the transfer in one direction and the opposite. You must use the same ticket for both journeys. (YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE TICKET TO DOWNLOAD, NOT TWO, ON THE TICKET IT IS INDICATED THAT IT IS A ROUND TRIP = “ROUND TRIP”).

Available for use: Once you have the tickets in your possession, go directly to the buses, it is not necessary to go to the ticket office.

Electronic ticket: It is not necessary to have it printed. The driver will scan the QR code on the ticket to give you access to the bus.

Keep the ticket throughout the journey.

Limitations: A return ticket cannot be used as two singles. See other access limitations in the terms and conditions of purchase.

The tickets are not nominal and are valid for one year from the purchase date for any route and at any time.

Once the tickets have been issued, they cannot be cancelled, modified or returned in any case.

Tickets are automatically generated after purchase and will be available to you within 5-10 minutes. Please, anticipate the purchase of the tickets and do not leave them for the last moment. Keep in mind that despite being an automatic process, the download and availability of the tickets may be affected by the coverage of your mobile phone or any other technical or technological reason that prevents you from having your tickets for use.

Tickets Cancellation

The annulment, cancellation or return of generated tickets is not allowed in any case.

“Cancellation insurance ” conditions (Optional)

Our company optionally offers its customers the opportunity to cancel tickets whose indicated date of use is less than 2 days, at the express request of the customer.

The possibility of canceling tickets is a private agreement between the client and the provider for the cancellation of a ticket that has been paid for but not issued, offered as an extra option that can be contracted voluntarily. In no case is it travel insurance, loss/theft of luggage or any other type of insurance.

How does it work?

The customer who contracts the option called “CANCELLATION INSURANCE”, once the purchase and payment process has been completed, will receive an email with a link to the download page, where two buttons will appear:

CANCEL: The customer, by clicking this link, will cancel the tickets and receive a 100% refund of the amount of the purchased tickets.
DOWNLOAD: The client proceeds to issue and download the tickets directly. Once you have clicked on this button, the tickets cannot be annulled, canceled or returned under any circumstances.

If the customer has not canceled the tickets within 2 days of the departure date indicated for use during the purchase process, the tickets are automatically generated and will be ready for download, without the possibility of subsequent cancellation, cancellation or return (the cancel button will no longer be available).

The refund amount is only for the price of the tickets. The fees for the so-called “CANCELLATION INSURANCE” and possible payment commissions are non-refundable.

For the purposes of cancellation insurance, return tickets are considered as a single ticket, and only one of the two journeys cannot be canceled. The maximum cancellation date for round trip tickets is considered on the most recent date of use. Complementary activity tickets will also be voided upon cancellation.

If the customer does not decide to contract the option called “CANCELLATION INSURANCE”, the customer will receive the tickets immediately (between 5 and 10 minutes after completing the purchase) without the possibility of cancellation, annulment or refund.

If, due to a technical problem or any other reason, the customer has not been able to receive the tickets in the indicated email correctly, they must quickly contact our Support Center to solve the incident as soon as possible. In no case should you make a new purchase, since the tickets cannot be annulled, canceled or refunded.

I have made the purchase, but I do not receive the confirmation email

First of all, check your SPAM folder.

Sometimes the email is not received because the email has been erroneously written during the purchase process. We can solve it, please, contact our Support Center and tell us:

  • Name used in the purchase process
  • Telephone used in the purchase process
  • email used in the purchase process
  • Type of purchase (number of adults / children and type of ticket only one way or round trip)
  • Purchase day
  • Date of use of tickets
  • Last 4 credit card numbers

We will locate your booking, we will solve the error and we will send your tickets to the correct email again.

If you have the reservation code, you can download the tickets directly from the website, in the DOWNLOADS section (see the example image below). Indicating the email used in the purchase process and your reservation code (begins with BVA) and you will be able to access the ticket download page.

Please do not make a new purchase, generated tickets cannot be canceled or returned.

I have bought a return ticket, but I only have 1 ticket

Yes, that’s correct, for round trip purchases a single ticket is sent for each passenger (if you have bought 4 adult tickets you should receive 4 tickets) that must be used for both the outward and return journeys.

My ticket has already been generated, but I want to cancel the purchase

Due to airport policy, tickets once generated are not cancelable in any case.

However, the tickets are open, they are not nominal and they are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I take another bus than the one assigned to my flight?

You can freely take another bus even if it is not the one assigned to your flight.

Especially for trips to the airport, we recommend taking the bus associated with your flight or a previous one. Keep in mind that traffic incidents outside of our service may arise during the journey.

Download links don't work

Keep in mind that tickets are generated between 5 and 10 minutes after the purchase process or since the download has been requested for tickets with CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Sometimes, due to overload of orders or other elements unrelated to our service (lack of coverage on the client’s telephone, inaccessible server, etc.), there is a slight delay in the generation of tickets.

If after 30 minutes you have not been able to download the tickets or you need them urgently, please contact our Support Center and we will send you the tickets as soon as possible once we locate your purchase. Please do not make a purchase again.

Tell us the reservation code and the email used in the purchase process that you will find in the email.

The error rate in the generation and issuance of tickets in 2022 is less than 0.1% of all tickets issued, however, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING TICKETS AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THEY ARE USED TO AVOID ANY PROBLEMS AND HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME TO RESOLVE THEM IF THEY APPEAR.

Do I have to print the tickets?

I already have the tickets. How do I have to use them?

When you leave the terminal, go to the bus (no need to go to the ticket office) and show your tickets directly to the driver (printed or on your smartphone).

If you have purchased return tickets, you must use the same tickets for both journeys, if you are informed that these tickets are for single use, please make sure that the driver scans the tickets to check that it is correct.

Staff members tell me that my tickets are not valid

Once issued, the tickets are fully enabled for use. Go directly to the bus and show them to the driver. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO GO THROUGH THE BOX OFFICE.

Occasionally, some clients have reported incidents to us that some airport staff tells them that their tickets are not valid. PLEASE, DO NOT HEED THIS WARNING, ONLY THE BUS DRIVER IS IN CHARGE OF ALLOWING YOU ACCESS OR DENYING YOU ACCESS.

Make sure you have valid tickets for your use (they have not been used more times than allowed, you are using a child ticket for an adult or you are using a return ticket as two single tickets, for example).

If any member of the airport staff tells you that the tickets are not valid, act as follows:

– Make sure the driver scans the tickets (we assure you that 100% of our tickets are valid for your use). If the driver still informs you of an error, write down the incident and notify us so that we can make a claim against the company that issued the tickets.

If you received the information from someone other than the driver, ask for their company ID and write it down. Tell that person that you could take legal action against him for attempted fraud if you force him to buy some new tickets while the ones you already have are fully valid.
