How do I use the tickets?
Seine cruise tickets are different from Beauvais Paris bus tickets.
- Download the tickets for the activity from our website. You will find 1 different ticket for each passenger.
- Go to the ticket office next to the pier and hand in the tickets you have received by email, they will give you the tickets for access to the cruise.
- Show the tickets you have been given at the ticket office to the boarding staff.
Tickets are valid for all-day departures (valid for use until December 31, 2025*).
The duration of the cruise is approximately one hour and ten minutes. It is not necessary to reserve a time slot.

- Monday to Thursday departure every 45 minutes from 10:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. then every 30 minutes until 10.30 p.m.
- Friday to Sunday: departure every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
Low season (October to March)
- Every day: 10:15, 11:00, 11:45, 12:30, 13:15, 14:00, 14:45, 15:30, 16:00, 16:45, 17:30, 18: 15, 19:00, 19:45, 20:30, 21:15, 22:00.
- School holidays (20 Oct-5 Nov): one departure every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Christmas holiday cruise schedule: One departure every 45 minutes between 10:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. then one departure every 30 minutes between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Special days: 24Dec last departure at 5 p.m., 30 and 31Dec last departure at 11 p.m.
*SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE 2024 OLYMPIC GAMES: The French government has re-restricted all tourist activities on the Seine River during the Olympic Games, from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, August 11, 2024 (provisional dates), due to so the cruise service will not be available during those dates.
