Jardin des plantes

How do I use the tickets?
Batobus tickets are different from Beauvais Paris bus tickets.
- Download the voucher for the activity from our website. You will find one unique voucher for all the passengers. Please check that the day of use indicated in the voucher is your desired day of use.
- Print the ticket.
- You must present this printed voucher at the ticket office. There they will give you the tickets for the use of the activity.
- Tickets can be picked up at any of the 9 stations around the city.
- You can get on and off unlimitedly at any stop during the 24/48 hours following the activation of the ticket.
The voucher can only be exchanged for the tickets on the day of use indicated at the time of purchase and that will appear printed on the voucher that we will give you. Check that the printed date corresponds to the date of use, if you have entered a wrong date please contact with our SUPPORT CENTER as soon as possible.
Remember that you must have the voucher that we will send you printed.

24-hour Pass
Valid for 24 hours after your first ride- Hop on and off as many times as you like, for 24 hours from the moment your tickets are activated at the box office.
- Enjoy all that the 9 Batobus stations have to offer and discover the must-see monuments and neighborhoods of Paris at your own pace.
- Once the purchase is complete, we will send you a voucher by email that you must exchange for your ticket at any Batobus station. The time of use will start counting from the moment you redeem your voucher at the box office.
- You will have 24 hours to use the service as many times as you want, getting on and off the boats as often as you like.
- Adults: €17
- Children (from 3 to 15 years old): €8
- Babies (0 to 3 years): No ticket necessary
48-hour Pass
Valid for 48 hours after your first ride.- Hop on and off as many times as you like, for 48 hours from the moment your tickets are activated at the box office.
- Enjoy all that the 9 Batobus stations have to offer and discover the must-see monuments and neighborhoods of Paris at your own pace.
- Once the purchase is complete, we will send you a voucher by email that you must exchange for your ticket at any Batobus station. The time of use will start counting from the moment you redeem your voucher at the box office.
- You will have 48 hours to use the service as many times as you want, getting on and off the boats as often as you like.
- Adults: €19
- Children (from 3 to 15 years old): €10
