Provider Conditions for the Bus Service

The bus transport service between Paris-Beauvais Airport and Paris is provided by the corresponding provider, in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

Service provider

The Société Aéroportuaire de Gestion et d’Exploitation de Beauvais (SAGEB) is responsible for operating the public passenger transport service linking Paris-Beauvais Airport and Paris, within the framework of the public service delegation granted by the Syndicat Mixte de l’Aéroport Beauvais Tillé (SMABT).

SAGEB has subcontracted the operation of this route to Transport Paris Beauvais (TPB).

Main service conditions

Luggage, animals and personal belongings

The transport of luggage, bulky items and animals is subject to the conditions and limitations established by the provider. The provider is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of luggage or transported items, in accordance with its GTC.

Applicable law and complaints

The provider’s conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a complaint relating to the provision of the transport service, the customer must contact the provider’s customer service department.
