Access your customer area

Go to your personalized download page using your email and booking code (included in the purchase confirmation email). Remember to also check your SPAM folder.

Manage your tickets

Generate your tickets or cancel them if you no longer need them. *This option is only available if it was selected during the purchase process.

Download and travel

Download your tickets and keep them until use. Printing is not required: they can be scanned directly from your smartphone.

Tickets with cancellation option: Once generated, tickets can no longer be cancelled.

Check your email and locate your booking code (also check your spam folder).

If you did not receive the email with your booking code, you can request it again by entering the email address you used for the purchase.

We will send the code again to the email used for the purchase.

Instructions

Follow these steps to access and manage your tickets quickly.

    Access with your email and code

    Enter the email used for the purchase and your booking code. The code appears in the confirmation email and on the final purchase screen.

    Manage all tickets from your purchase

    On the management page you can download or cancel* all tickets included in the same purchase.

    GENERATE AND DOWNLOAD TICKETS FROM THE SAME PURCHASE
    By clicking GENERATE AND DOWNLOAD, tickets are generated and ready to use.

    Cancellation (only if selected)

    You can cancel before generating the tickets. If cancelled, they will not be generated and cannot be downloaded later (a new purchase would be required).
